Return and Exchange Policy

At FLAWLESS BOUTIQUE, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not be a perfect fit.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return an item.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the condition in which you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Pacifiers and teats
  • Personal hygiene items
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Make a Return

  1. Contact us by email to obtain a return authorization
  2. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging
  3. Send the package to the address we will provide you

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part.
